The family of a 26-year-old Haifa resident who has been missing for three weeks is asking the public for any information that could lead to her whereabouts, according to a family appeal.
The family of Yekaterina Gurevich, 26, of Haifa, who has been missing for three weeks, issued a public appeal on Sunday morning for any information about her whereabouts. The appeal comes after a series of police reports and media coverage throughout the day.
Earlier Sunday at 07:33 Jerusalem, Israeli police first appealed to the public for assistance locating Gurevich, and later provided additional details, noting she was last seen on July 13. Reports then emerged that Gurevich had no family in Israel, and her friends had searched for weeks before involving law enforcement. A relative, Ariel, told N12 that Gurevich's mother in Russia had lost contact with her daughter two to three weeks ago and expressed deep concern, describing her as "a good girl."
The family is now asking anyone with information to contact the police. As of this report, Gurevich's whereabouts remain unknown, and no significant leads have been reported.
