Soisa, 46, was arrested last week on suspicion of impersonating a teenager and joining a WhatsApp group for minors to sexually harass them. His remand has been extended multiple times, most recently by the Tiberias Magistrate's Court. The court has also permitted publication of his name and photo to aid the investigation.
