At 19:03 Jerusalem, the IDF revealed a deep drone-launch tunnel 29 meters deep with 12 rooms and hundreds of weapons; a second bulletin at 19:03 also described a separate complex housing over 50 Iranian-made explosive UAVs. By 19:14 Jerusalem, special forces were reported to have located a strategic underground route with hundreds of weapons and four launch shafts — a find that appears identical to the one disclosed this evening, though the current announcement identifies the discoverers as special forces rather than reserve troops. The military has not specified whether this tunnel is linked to the previously disclosed ones.
The village of Majdal Zoun, located roughly 6–8 kilometers from the Israeli border, has been a focus of Israeli ground operations since at least mid-June. The IDF earlier stated that more than 20 Hezbollah operatives, including members of the elite Radwan Force, were killed in related operations in the area.
